Pricing
Hedge trimming/pruning is done at our labor rate of $140 for a 2-person crew. This work can range from a minimum of 30 minutes for a small hedge and or bushes, up to 2+ hours for large and or multiple hedges and bushes. Must be quoted in person. The work will be invoiced once completed or monthly along with our regular invoicing.
Length of Season
Pruning can be done throughout the season as needed; however, significant cutbacks are best performed during the colder months, such as early spring or late fall, to minimize plant stress and promote healthy regrowth. Light pruning and maintenance can occur anytime based on client requests.
Frequency
Hedges and shrubs naturally grow at varying rates due to seasonal weather fluctuations, making it challenging to establish a one-size-fits-all pruning schedule. To maintain optimal plant health and appearance, we typically recommend a monthly (every 4 weeks) pruning schedule. However, this can be adjusted based on periods of accelerated or slower growth, as well as client preferences.
